Discharge after sex?

I had my first time on the 10th (two days ago) and we had sex again yesterday morning and since then I've had like a white ish clear ish discharge and I'm not sure why. We used a condom and he pulled out well before ejaculating and we filled the condoms with water after too and there were no holes or tears or anything. What could the discharge be??
