A Bit Worried... HELP

so I'm sexually active with my boyfriend. and gosh this is really embarrassing. but okay, my.. ya know, has been quite sensitive and somewhat itchy for the past 2 days.. it's not a bad itch, but idk how to explain it. and I went to do a self examination and the opening of it, the hole, it just seems weird. there are tiny white dots everywhere and I'm just worried. help someone??
