My son is circumcised and I deeply regret it (lack of research on my part and something I'll always have to live with). I'm pregnant with baby boy number two and will not be circumcising him. My parents, in-laws and just about everyone else I've told is having a fit about it. They're telling me my son is going to hate and resent me for not doing it. I would rather leave the choice up to him and don't feel right doing a cosmetic procedure to an infant because "it looks better". They're all stuck in their old school thinking that it's more sanitary and just what needs to be done. I can't get my point across to them so I'm just curious if anyone has any words of wisedom for me or maybe is in the same situation.
