What the heck!?!?

So AF was due 1/11 started spotting yesterday. Still spotting today. I put on a pad, yesterday I only used one, today I'll see. What's confusing me, is when I go to pee, there is more blood in the stream than what is going in the pad. So I'm like where is all that coming from?! This AF like the last one is so confusing. Any suggestions on what could be going on. Thanks ladies in advance!
