When to start attempting to have a schedule?

My dd is 5w and her mornings I wish were nights. In the evenings she's wide awake from 4-5ish to 10 with just cat naps in between feeding every hr. She wakes every 2hrs at night from 11-4ish and sleeps until 7, then 10-11. She is bf but in the evenings when she is up for many hrs dad bottle feeds her breast milk so I can sleep. We bathe her 1x every 3d to not dry out her skin. What sort of routine do you have for a wee one? Btw due to space restriction atm, baby and mom and dad share the living room. Hope that changes in next month but for time being it's hard to keep lights dim and quiet.
