Delayed ovulation when sick

Hello glow ladies :-)

Just after some advice...

I got a positive opk on Sunday along with ewcm so thought I would ovulate next few days but it's now Thursday and still have twinges in ovary area and ewcm and taken another opk and it's positive again (took one yesterday and it was negative) so I presume my body failed the first time and is trying to ovulate again. I've had the flu so presume this is why my ovulation is delayed.

If it's been delayed will this affect egg quality? I'm on CD20 and worried this is late and will effect egg quality (had 2 mcs last year so can't stop worrying! )
