Anyone feel pregnant really soon?

I have been really nauseous, and i wake up extremely hungry. I have been peeing quite a bit. My period isn't due till jan 31 so these would be really early signs. My last pregnancy (which ended in mc) i didn't get these symptoms until I was about 5 wks along. Anyone go thru these early signs? I'm not gonna test until I miss my period (so I dont waste money and stress myself out).
