Red yams Vs Sweet potato
WHAT is the difference. I probably stood in the potato aisle for a good 20 minutes debating between which to buy, sweet potato, regular yams, red yams, etc. I read that yams or sweet potato consumption can cause you to hyper ovulate sometimes causing twins.
Does anyone know which specifically work? Or have friends or experience with this? Advice??
