Birthing ball to help kick start everything?Did it work for you?

Birthing ball to speed up labour or well even help labour make an appearance?I havent been check and I dont think ive had any contractions...?Did it work for you?I walk for about half an hour a day as is...been doing it for a week now...

My baby wasn't engaging, so I did some of the exercises from Spinning Babies on a big exercise ball and it seemed to speed things along... It's hard to say because it probably would have happened anyway!
