Sore Breats

Hi guys! I had an IUD for almost 4 years and I never had very many PMS symptoms besides cramping at times.  One thing that changed after getting the IUD removed was sore tender breast after I ovulated.  This has been the case the last 4 months like clock work, but this month.... No sore breasts.  Just wondering if anyone who also had an IUD has any insight or if anyone else had experienced this and what it could mean? Thanks!
