I'm 6dpo &last night I started having lower back pain , no spotting so far.

Just posted.. I got smiley face last saturday so i am 7/8dpo.. Not due for af till jan 22-23; i have had consistent 30 day cycles for at leasf 7 months then today spotting.. Very light and only on tissue... Either AF is playing a nasty joke and coming so early or maybe IB... Dull cramping but nothing significant

I was singing (on stage) at church today and got SUPER nauseous.  It's too early for that to be pregnancy related, right?
