Doc didn't mention anything except prescribing duphaston. Googled online and read that pockets of free fluid causes miscarriage. Has anyone heard of it before ?

Answer

It's never a good idea to speculate what things are in ultrasound pictures, it's nearly impossible to tell unless you were the one Scanning. If no one said anything then doubtful.
