Hemorrhoids

I am 27 weeks pregnant and not only am I extremely constipated but I have hemorrhoids and goin to the bathroom is like delivering a baby from my ass. I am sorry and it's way too much info, but I can't get ahold of my ob and was wandering if anyone knows what I can use to help with the hemorrhoids. It is awful and there has to be something that's safe to use in pregnancy.
