hydrogentitis suppurativa

My brother has this and he just turned 19. For those who don't know it's a skin disease and it's about swollen swear glans. Most common in the arm pit but my brother has a more severe case of it in the groin. I'm finding it hard to cope for him, he has been bedridden since May 2014 and has only gotten worse. The hospital and stuff aren't helping him and my mum was talking to my Aunty today and she said there is no cure but she doesn't tell him that. And apparently the last stage on H.S it can turn to cancer and well my brother is at the last stage. I don't know what to do or how to keep strong. Can someone help :( has anyone been through this? He's 19 and had stomach problems since the start of his teen years. I don't know the full details of his problems but it's breaking my heart to hear he can get cancer if they don't help him.
