Frozen breastmilk storage bags stuck together?

Has anyone had this happen? I am afraid to pull the apart and break the bags.  I have no milk to spare...I will thaw them out together but how do you avoid this from happening?

I use the Medella bags and they don't rip. I also have been just cutting them open vs ripping them.

It also happens to me but they don't rip when I pull them apart. I was worried about the same when it first happened.

Mine do that sometimes. I just pull them apart and I haven't had any problems.
