Can't get turned on😔help

I have a great time with my bf and we're like best friends and he means so much to me but I don't really get turned on....could it be we aren't meant to be together? I've been on Nexplanon and I don't feel anything:/ in the beginning of the relationship when we would kiss and make out I would get super horny but I never do now. Same with my past relationship (also on BC). I don't feel turned on. What's wrong with me
