AF still a no show...scared to test

So my AF was due 3 days ago, am now on day 35 of cycle. Usually have about a 32 day cycle and would have had spotting by now leading up to AF but haven't had anything. I really don't want to get my hopes up as have had no pregnancy symptoms and have the strange AF sensation in the pit of my stomach so feel like it's gonna start any minute. I am driving myself insane checking cervix and constantly going to the toilet to see if AF has arrived...going crazy here! I have tested negative so many times so don't want the disappointment again :-(
