Implantation cramps maybe ?

I'm 8dpo & getting lower back pains to the point it feels like it's going into the top of my bum area. I am also getting front abdomanal cramps 😯 plus milk white discharge that's like a watery cream..
Any advice lady's please? 2ww is killing me
