I had what looked like period dark red blood for a few hours now it's stopped. 4 days early could I possibly be prego?

I spotted on and off the first four months of my pregnancy. As long as its not bright red blood with clots, I'd say its implantation bleeding.

You can bleed but it is not your period. I don't think that your bleeding is in fact your period. I would wait until tomorrow to see if bleeding starts again, and if it doesn't, take another test.
