"Actual scenario that happened in my town," part 2.

So I posted the poll about the young lady, 15, and the drunk man, 20. And got some mixed reviews.

Well today we had new light shown through the text messages they were sending right before her procedure.

In summary, this repulsed me, but the sex was consensual. But he was supposed to wear a condom and did not. She found out and told him to get off, and that didnt happen.

His intention was to get her pregnant; and through the text messages he was telling her not to take plan b the hospital was providing her with.

Got to love small towns.

And her clothing is still part of his defense, he claims wanting a baby was mutual because he asked her if she wanted a family one day.

not pedophiles, no. Statutory rapists, yes! And especially if the kid describes it as rape. And especially if the asshole blames her because of her clothes.

Anyway, I am not going to apologize for sticking up for this man with the little information that was provided and me doing so does not make me a terrible person.

1. She is still technically an child, in the laws eyes, so he raped her, even if she did "consent" 2. She told him to stop, so the act became non-consensual any way.Yay! Double rape! 😡 the worst thing is that there will still be people blaming that poor girl for getting herself into that situation.

there are still people blaming her on this thread...

Ugh right? This makes me so angry. This is the reason I didn't go to the police when I was sexually assaulted.

FACTS 👏🏼 if this is facts then I withdraw my previous statement ☝🏻️ however I don't think I actually said either was to blame I said you can't say someone's guilty without facts... So if this is true and she told him to stop then yeah that's rape 🙌🏻... I don't agree with people saying u should be ashamed if u stuck up for him as it wasn't a clear story in "part 1" ....

You don't understand the law do you? A 15 year old can't choose to have sex legally.

It's disgusting that so many people jump to find fault and victim blame a 15 yr old girl. Society is disgusting. No wonder most rapes go unreported. Cuz ignorant nosy people now put it on social media for debate when it was non of their business from the begin with. Shame on the op!

What a trip that a 20 year old would try to intentionally impregnate a 15 year old! If it actually happened, he surely would be prosecuted for her being under age. Did he think her family would approve?? I wonder what his psych evaluation will reveal.....

I'm sorry I'm going to get crap for this but now a days younger girls put themselves out there especially to older guys thinking that they'll get a reputation and think it's cool but when they decide to yell rape it ruins the guys life even though he should've known better than to mess with a minor but still she shouldn't lead on the guy. Even 17yr old girls can ruin 21yr old guys lives by leading them on.

And wants to stop and the second person doesnt, that is rape. Doesnt matter how they dressed or of they were having sex. No means no

Ge

You guys are absolutely crazy. The post clearly says it was consensual. But at ANY time someone says no

I think the issue is in society we over sexualize teenage girls! The issue isn't the actual teenage girls and the men are the victims! What the heck?

If she told him to get off and he didn't it was not consensual. It was rape. She was underage to begin with, so add statutory rape to that. The man is disgusting.

With the extra info it does sound like rape. I still stand by my defense the first go round with we didn't have enough to information to just condemn anyone, so I personally do not feel bad I tried to defend the chance he had been drunk, lied to, and was possibly innocent.

Or even a convo like this: "Aren't you 15?" "Yeah, but I'll be 16 in a few weeks". Then he continued to talk to her with the intention of waiting until she was legal. That scenario happens quite a bit

And it doesn't change the fact he may not have known her age and if she did say she was 16 he could have believed her. It's not impossible to not know someone's age or lie about it. I didn't know the age of the people I went to high school with, more of a general age range

Not it the first post she hadn't.
