Chapped Vagina?? Please help.

So over the past few weeks I've had a UTI and was on meds, right before I was done with the meds I felt my period coming so I went and bought some summers eve (the pink tropical smelling kind) I used it twice and have been in pain ever since. I went to my OB/GYN and she told my I had a BV (similar to a yeast infection) so I was on my meds, we'll literally over night my vagina swelled up. I went to the ER and the gave me cream to put on it, and to use the cream for no more than 4 day and said it was a really bad reaction to the soap. But now it's 4 days since I've been to the ER and my vagina feels chapped and dry and it's so painful. Ive given birth and my vagina didnt hurt this bad after words...Does anyone else have this happen to them, Please help.
