My birth story 💞 I woke up at 1 am with a small-medium amount of fluid. Unsure if my water broke at first but within 15 minutes contractions started. I walked around a bit to see if they would subside, but only got worse. I woke my husband up at 1:40 and decided to call our Doctor. He said I could take my time as long as I wasn't having any bleeding. I took a nice shower and when I got out I started to have bleeding. Decided we should head into the hospital which is only 5 mins away. We got to the hospital at 2:30 to find out I was already 9 cm dilated. At this point contractions were pretty strong and opted for an epidural which was amazing. Even though I was dilated enough baby was still too high to push, so just labored until 5:30 am. Baby was head up instead of down so we tried many different positions to try and get her to turn. Epidural was turned down so I could feel pushing. Pushed for about 1 1/2 hrs, baby still didn't flip, heart rate was raising and her head was starting to cone so at 7 am Doctor rec a c-section, my precious Mila Drew was born at 7:41 am. 7 lbs, 20 in long with a full head of hair 💞
