Hello! So I have been gaining weight like crazy and it's mostly because I'm eating more and not really exercising (I work pretty much all day and then have enough time to eat and then I'm falling asleep on my feet). Anyway, I wanted to manage my weight better and considered trying Plexus but I'm 18 weeks pregnant and wasn't sure if it was safe. Anyone have any thoughts?
