What is the difference between cramping when I'm ovulating and cramping when implantation happens??

If I'm preg then I'll update this and let you know. I had some implantation bleeding 1/16 and then had some cramping on/off none yet today but had it ever since 1/16 so I'll let you know.

Soo I had implantation bleeding 1/16 and cramping for a couple of days after it literally felt like AF cramps but not constant they were on/off and in my lower abdomen. I haven't tested but think I'm pregnant my cycle didn't come this month..

I always had ovulation pain but pretty sure I've never had implantation pain at all. It's all about timing in your cycle.
