Scoliosis?

Question

Anyone out there with mild to moderate scoliosis that's pregnant? Last time I went to the doc I had a 33* curve. Any discomfort associated with your scoliosis? What's the best way to ease that discomfort?

6 years ago I had Spinal Fusion Surgery w/ Appliances to correct my 72 degree curve, my curve is still 32 degrees after surgery. I'm 8 weeks, hoping my back doesn't cause me any trouble. Try stretching, that's what helps me! Good luck to you!

Chiropractic care has helped me a lot!! But make sure you go to a legit one. Make sure they actually take xrays and build a plan for you. I went to two. One guy obviously didn't really care to see my actually spine and just wanted to start adjusting!! Dumb. Look at it first before you adjust. But the second place I went to took xrays, measured my movement and flexibility and did so quarterly to check my progress. My quality of life has seriously improved.
