A guy from work and I had a small argue net yesterday bout where we stand. I ended the conversation by saying not to worry bout anything. And he hasn't texted me today. What should I do? Leave it alone and wait til he steps up?

If you said not to worry about anything chances are he's actually not worried about anything and thinks it's over and done with.  Guys are like that.  If you're expecting him to come back to you for further discussion on the issue, don't count on it happening.

Step up to what?? You just told him not to worry about it when he asked you about where you stood. That was him stepping up. Were you expecting some grand gesture?

Yeah deffo leave it alone until he goes to you, especially if it's him who needs to step up
