I just recently decided to turn vegan for a variety of reasons. (since the beginning of the new year) and I want to know if anyone here is as well!! Tips and recipes would be awesome for a new comer!
I'm already seeing great results with my skin 😄

My boyfriend is vegan, I definitely eat vegan when I can but I still eat meat and other non-vegan things from time to time! All I can say is all the legumes- lentils, beans, split peas, chickpeas... All of them. They are super great for you. Make sure you're getting enough Vitamen B12 because that is ONLY found in meat and no other natural foods- you'll have to either take vitamins or find products where it's been put in. You'll feel really good, your body will be happy but just remember you need balance in your vegan diet too. Good luck :)
