Cramps? 34 weeks 3 days

I'm having cramps in the stomach and lower back. I'm guessing this is Braxton hicks? Anybody else experience this?

Well went to the doc and they did a Nst one contraction during so the cramping is not contractions its something else 😑 😟 just glad not preterm labor baby is not ready yet

Been getting these for weeks doc says Braxton hicks and it it's normal I have another appt tomorrow hoping I'll get checked to see if I'm dilated I'm 34+2 due March 1st so we will see I'll post here tomorrow after my appointment and let you know if these "bh" are doing the work

I called today and talked to a nurse she told me to rest and drink lots of water. She said if it gets worse to call back. Hope your doctors appointment went well!
