2 vessel umbilical cord

Had my detailed ultrasound today at 19+2 days, and descovered that the cord only has 1 vein taking waste away from the baby instead of 2.... Aparently its the most common umbilical cord issue... But its still unnerving... Anyone else have this happen and how has baby been??
