Sea bands, only thing that helped me. It's a wrist band for sea sickness that puts slight pressure on a certain point on your wrist. I bought mine at target and they were with all the pregnancy stuff :)

I know soda isn't good but I get caffeine free Sprite of some sort n sip on it

Depended on the week for me on what helped. Ice water with fresh lemons, pretzels (saltine crackers grossed me out!), plain bagels with cream cheese, and Greek yogurt. Ginger ale helped for a little bit then I hated it and only wanted caffeine free root beer (I'm not a soda drinker at all so it was just weird!!). I second the recommendation for sea bands that helped me a lot. Also try ice cold wash cloth on the back of your neck. Sorry you're going through that it's the worst but it will pass!! Hang in there!

Yes, crackers! Life saving. Also, stay hydrated. I drank a gallon of water a day, along with mini bottles of Gatorade for the first 10 weeks.

I don't get too much nausea but anything with acidic helps me. Oranges, lemon...

Peppermints, peppermint gum, water with lemon, preggie pops, b6, sea bands... different things work for different people and different pregnancies. Multiple things helped with my first. Peppermint gum and b6 is the only thing helping this time
