Help please!

So I am 11dpo and these are my symptoms:

-sore boobs

- lotion cm

-twinges in my uterus

-high soft closed cervix

-so hungry all the time

-high bbt

-my hips feel sore

-tired

-frequent urination!

But took a test this morning and it was bfn! So please tell me I still have hope!
