So frustrated

My period showed up a week early. Lasted three days. The first day was heavier and red. The last two days were just brown spotting.

Had unprotected sex on one of my most fertile days. Not sure what to think and too early for tests. I have just been always told implantation bleeding is rare. And red somewhat heavy bleeding just means period. Any advice besides wait it out to take a test. Thank you in advance
