Sudafed???

Question

I have a really bad head cold or beginning of flu!! I am 14 weeks pregnant. I'm due to have my flu jab on Monday... Anyway my head and sinuses are painful can I take sudafed? Iv lost the packet!?

I was told not to sadly... Im currently 33w and suffering with another cold thanks to the office! I was told pretty much honey and lemon for throat and there's some throat sweets that are okay too but I had to check which ones with the pharmacist. Sadly we just have to suffer! :(
