Can someone help me out here please. I went off of birth control pills over a month ago because my husband and I would like to have a baby. I am not 100% sure on how to track ovulation. I have a 32 day cycle, my last period started January 6th and ended on the 9th. My doctor said I would ovulate on the 18th day. Do I count the first day of my period or the last day of my period to figure out the 18th day?
