Is it COMMON to get consistent positive opks and not ovulate?

I know it's possible, but is this a common thing?

I've read that PCOS can cause false positive ovulation tests. The only way to know for sure if ovulation occurs is by temping.

OPKs didn't work well for me it wasn't until I finally started temping that I was able to pinpoint ovulation - you'll have to chart for a month or two but if your periods are regular you will likely ovulate on the same day.
