I exclusively breastfeed but understand some people would rather use formula and either is great to me because you are feeding your baby. I do not think I am better than anyone who doesn't breastfeed. That being said, breastfeeding is hard. On top of being hard, it is widely judged and obviously a controversial issue. That is why breastfeeding moms speak about breastfeeding so much, it is not to belittle any mother that does not breastfeed. So now that we've established that;

I prefer to cover myself if I'm going to breastfeed in public. Sometimes I even pump and bring a bottle. Other times I forget my cover and/or my bottles and I have to feed my child regardless. Therefore, I do not judge women who breastfeed in public without a cover. Like I said before, breastfeeding is hard enough. Pumping is hard. Latching is hard. Being a mom is hard! (& I can assure you, I am not looking for attention when I breastfeed without a cover, I don't even want my SO to see my stretch marked boobs and chapped nipples nvm a stranger. I don't even want to see it half the time tbh) 

I'm done arguing with people in hopes that they will change their views on breastfeeding. If you don't like it then you can go screw. I will still be feeding my baby however I like, whenever I like, and wherever I like because my baby comes before anybody else's comfort. 

So the point of this post is to let other breastfeeding moms know that it is so much less stressful if you just do what makes you and your baby happy without getting caught up in anyone else's opinions because their opinion isn't going to feed or take care of your baby. You are & you are awesome for doing so!
