Prenatals?!

What prenatal vitamins do you take? Im second guessing the prenatals im taking now... just wanting to see what others take to ensure the health of their child.

Pregnacare been on them since before I even started trying to get pregnant and plan on staying on them til I finish breastfeeding :)

Rainbow Light and Rainbow Light DHA! Never had any sickness from them!

Pregnacare do an entire range. I started on the prenatals, now on the originals n will progress to the breastfeeding ones after, though they also do a postnatal one for the bottle fed too.

I got the ones my midwife prescribed. So I get them for free through my awesome insurance! Then I also take vitamin d-3 since my prenatal doesn't have a lot of that.
