I started a brand new job and a week later found out I was pregnant (I'm 5 weeks today but first doctor appointment isn't until 03/02). I am obviously so happy as we have been trying for nearly year but timing is not exactly ideal. I now don't know when to tell my employer and what my rights are with regards to the fact I'm clearly very much in my probationary period and I have no idea what we will do once the baby is here as no family live close enough to help out. Any advice about any of this would be appreciated!!
