My partner read up on what a man can do to increase the chances and apparently if you bring him close to Cumming but stop for a little while (say a few hours) and then do the Deed it increases the sperm count. Might just be him trying to prolong his fun though haha.

I second fertilaid, plus vitamin E and co Q10 and L-arginine. Antioxidants are super important. Plus cut out alcohol and caffeine or at least limit.

Have him take fertilaid supplements.  They have one for sperm count and one for quality boost.  My SO is on it and he has no side effects.  I find that there has been an increase in semen since he's started it and his semen analysis came back with a boost.
