Is cramping Normal in early pregnancy?

I'm bout 4 weeks pregnant and have back pain and mild cramps is this normal I'm freaking out.

I cramped and bled and found out today I miscarried. I wad 5 weeks. I hope your baby is okay I'm sure it is as long as you're not bleeding heavy.

When I was pregnant with my son I had pretty bad cramps for first trimester, Dr said completely normal, and might even last throughout entire pregnancy... I even had mild spotting in first trimester....

It's normal. As long as you aren't bleeding, it's ok.

I'm 4 weeks and I'm having the same thing!  I've heard that it is normal.  It supposedly just means your body is preparing for the baby?  Happy and healthy nine months to you!!
