What's your favorite mascara?

It has to follow these rules.

1. Not clump or flake off throughout the day. 
2. I don't care about volumizing. I have plenty of lashes, they're just light.
3. Has to be sold at target. (I have a gift card)

Orange tube of Lash Blast in color very black by cover girl. It is all I use. I've been using for years. I do have to replace is after a few weeks or it can get clumpy but this stuff is the best drugstore brand mascara ever, sorry for the pouty pic just wanted to show off the lashes for you ! I do not use eyeliner.

Neutrogena is a good one. I have the non clumping, non plumping rules too. I just want them to look longer (or just like I have some, to be honest).
