Anyone get pregnant after husband had a vasectomy?

My husband had a vasectomy when I was 9 months pregnant with our first child (back in November). His reasoning was because of his age. We had canceled his first appointment because I got cold feet. We have a beautiful baby, but I'm really regretting the fact that he got one. I really would like to have one more child. We had infertility problems conceiving our child for four years and with the help of IUI we got pregnant with our now baby. I know I should be grateful to have a healthy baby and to have been pregnant, but I'm longing for one more to complete our family. I guess I have a few questions: 1. Anyone get pregnant after husband or significant other had a vasectomy? 2. Did anyone convince their partner to have a reversal? If so how did you do so? 3. Does anyone know if a reversal is covered under insurance? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Following, my sister is in the same situation. From my understanding she said the reversal is not covered by insurance. She also says you can do a sperm retrieval as opposed to a complete reversal, may be something for you to look into. Best of luck to you!

My boyfriend is actually the magical swimmer as we say. His dad had gotten the surgery and ten years later his mom found out she was pregnant and they were actually on the verge of a divorce because the rest of the family thought she was cheating since he had gotten the surgery.. Turns out my boyfriend was just a good swimmer!
