Would you gym it?

I am currently going through my second miscarriage and it seems this time around it's  slowly happening I didn't do a d&c so just let my body do it naturally... I'm tried of sitting at home just waiting for this to happen.. 
Going to the gym and lifting weights gets my mind off of most stuff would it be okay if I did that while this is going on? 
Or should I refrain from any gym activity till afterwards?
