I've been experiencing cramps my ENTIRE pregnancy I'm 18 weeks docs say it's normal I have no bleeding all ultra sounds have been normal .. But my back feels like I have cramps now and I feel these sharp lower abdominal pains.. Also my right side rib cage always hurts unless I lay on my back .. Don't have much of a "bump" i woke up and it was no longer flat I have a "pooch" and my belly button is turning into an outty
