I need to eat HOW much??
I'm 9w2d with identical twins and I've gained about 4 lbs so far which I thought was fine but according to this book, it's not nearly enough! I need to gain 21 more lbs by week 20! So that'd be April 6 meaning I need to gain 2+ a week.
"when you're expecting twins, triplets, or quads" comes very highly recommended and I've heard it considered to be the "bible" of multiple pregnancies.
But how the f**k am I going to consume 3,500 calories and 175g of protein PER day??(and that's just he "minimum requirement!) I'm hungry all the time but even then it's a struggle to come close to those requirements. Believe me, I'm not concerned about the weight gain I just don't think I can physically eat that much haha
