Any one almost 8 weeks with hardly no symptoms?

Hi ladies, I'll be 8 weeks on Monday and I'm freaking out a little bit because my symptoms come and go and I haven't had any morning sickness. I've been extremely fortunate but I'm worried I won't see a baby on the ultrasound this Monday 😔 just feeling scared. Need some reassurance!
