I got told I have gestational diabetes and all I can think now is I'll never be able to eat like a normal person. That I'll always have to eat a specialized diet and never be able to splurge and if I do splurge I'm gonna harm my baby....I'm so lost right now...I'm not a unhealthy person by any means 😢
