Worry about going in labor in the blizzard

I am 36 weeks 1 day with my 3nd baby I feel like he is pushing down and having off and on pain but I am cramping like a period my doctor is 45 minutes away and the state put out a ban to drive I am hoping it's just little man moving around :-(
