Male Factor Infertility

My husband and I struggled with male factor infertility for almost 3 years. Tomorrow I'll be 12 weeks pregnant with our first! I'm curious if any of you other ladies struggled with MFI? What were your challenges, and how did you overcome it all? I'd love to hear some other success stories!
