That test is clearly positive, yes you can eat a sandwich, no running to catch your bus didn't kill your kid, Just because your kid hadn't moved in an hour doesn't mean it's dead, they're probably sleeping, No a cold will not make you have a miscarriage. Yes you can bend over. At anything under 12 weeks you can honestly do anything and your kid will be fine, at 4-8 weeks its just a ball of cells, there is nothing to hurt.
